• No refunds or transfers for membership and all class passes purchases.

• Acceptable Extensions reasoning for purchased class passes (not membership) are:
    1. Medical reason (applicable to all passes)
    2. Travelling (Applicable only to Half-year and yearly pass holders)
    3. Accidents/emergencies (applicable to all passes)
    4. Compassion (applicable to all passes)
  ***Please note all extension request must include valid documents to prove the circumstances, and send to admin@xdancestation.com

• 6-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: An early cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time, otherwise no pass credit will be returned.​
